Tripura Rahasya Retreat with Sri M

May 6-11, 2026

Sacred Grove, Graham, TX

We invite you to a 6-day spiritual retreat exploring the Tripura Rahasya, a timeless Vedantic text meant for seekers of the highest truth.

In Sri M’s words, Tripura refers to the Divine Mother who reigns in all the three puras – the waking, dream and deep sleep states – and is usually conceived as sitting in the heart of the sadhaka (the spiritual seeker). The text presents the Supreme Reality as pure consciousness unfolding as Shiva and Shakti, yet essentially one.

Revered in the tradition of Sri Vidya and highly regarded by great sages including Sri Ramana Maharshi, the Tripura Rahasya distills the essence of various streams of beliefs in India such as Vaishnava, Shaiva, Shakta and Advaita streams into one powerful teaching that is said to permanently free one from misery if truly understood. It is so direct that if one really grasps it, one would reach the goal of all spiritual seeking.

Rooted in the legend of Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu (as Dattatreya), and Parasurama, this 12,000-verse text is traditionally divided into three sections: on the greatness of the Goddess, on supreme wisdom, and on conduct – how a seeker should actually live to realize what is taught.
