On-Campus Housing During Retreats

At Sacred Grove, we are pleased to offer on-campus accommodations to enhance your retreat experience. Each of our four lodges contains four serene, double-occupancy rooms—totaling 16 rooms across the campus, with accommodations for up to 32 guests at a time.

Overview

Our lodges foster a tranquil, contemplative environment ideal for retreat and reflection. To preserve this quietude, rooms are free of WiFi, cable, and television. Please note that the lodges are not ADA accessible.

Lodge Room Features

Each self-contained room includes:

  • Two single beds (double occupancy)

  • Private bathroom with stand-up shower (hot and cold water)

  • Desk and chair

  • Individual mini split AC unit to maintain your preferred temperature

  • Ceiling fan for added comfort

  • Reading lights conveniently located by each bed

  • Luggage storage space

  • Comforters, pillows, pillow covers, and sheets

  • Fresh linen and towels at check-in (additional available upon request at the registration office)

  • Bath essentials: soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper

  • Cleaning supplies for room upkeep

Additional Details:

  • Each room is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment.

  • No daily housekeeping. Guests are responsible for cleaning and maintaining their rooms during the stay.

  • For accidental spills or emergencies, please contact the registration office immediately for assistance.

  • Please bring any additional personal toiletries required for comfort.

Rates & Reservations

  • Room Rate: $160 per person, per night.

  • Payment hold: A hold will be placed on your credit card at the time of raffle registration. If you secure a spot, your card will be charged. If you do not secure a spot, the hold will be released within 7 business days and no charge will be made to your card after the raffle results are announced.

  • Damage Hold: A refundable $150 hold will be placed on your card at check-in. The hold will be released to the guest within 5 business days after check-out, less any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Room Occupancy:

  • Each room accommodates up to 2 guests.

  • Only confirmed attendees or volunteers for each specific retreat may book rooms.

  • Rooms can be reserved for individuals or pairs; if you wish to stay with a companion (such as a friend or family member), please submit a single raffle application together.

  • If you reserve a room for just yourself, you will be paired with a roommate of the same gender.

  • Groups larger than 2 must submit additional reservation forms.

Retreat Dates & Eligible Lodge Reservation Window

  • Bookings are for retreat dates, with the option to check in one day before the retreat begins and check out one day after the retreat ends. Please note: The checkout day for the last retreat (Kriya Yoga Retreat 3) is November 3rd.

  • Single-night stays or stays shorter than the full retreat are not available.

  • Specify preferred check-in/check-out dates within the designated window when applying.

How to Book Lodge Accommodations for a Single Retreat

 

How to Book Lodge Accommodations for Multiple Retreats

This option is available only to participants who are registered attendees or volunteers for consecutive retreats. You must submit a separate accommodation request for each retreat where you are registered and wish to stay.

  • You may check in up to one day before and check out up to two days after each retreat (except for Kriya Yoga Retreat 3, where checkout is on November 3, 2025).

  • For back-to-back retreats, line up your dates so your check-out date for one retreat matches your check-in date for the next. This ensures a seamless stay with no gaps.

  • Single-night or partial stays are not available.

Examples:

  • Attending two retreats:

    • KY Retreat 1: check-in Oct 16 or 17, check-out Oct 21

    • KY Retreat 2: check-in Oct 21, check-out Oct 24 or 25
      (No gaps in lodging.)

  • Attending all four retreats:

    • KY Retreat 1: check-in Oct 16 or 17, check-out Oct 21

    • KY Retreat 2: check-in Oct 21, check-out Oct 26

    • Upanishad Retreat: check-in Oct 26, check-out Oct 31

    • KY Retreat 3: check-in Oct 31, check-out Nov 3
      (Covers all nights from Oct 16 to Nov 3.)

Note: Your check-out date for one retreat should be the same as your check-in for the next. Select dates to match your full stay—do not leave any nights uncovered.

Registration Process

A link to register will be posted here when the registration window opens.

  • Registration window: October 4, 2025, 11:00 AM CT – October 5, 2025, 11:00 AM CT.

  • Raffle to ensure fairness to all applicants: All registrations submitted during this window will be entered into an automated, fair raffle conducted separately for each retreat.

  • Please register using your full name and date of birth as shown on your government ID.

  • Lodging reservations are non-transferable.

Important Registration Confirmation:
You will receive an email from Jotform when you complete the reservation form. This is not a confirmation of a spot in the lodge, only a receipt of your application.

How You’ll Be Notified:
All applicants will be notified of raffle results by October 7, 2025. Confirmation and details will be sent from bflodging@blossomfoundation.com. Please add this address to your safe senders list and check your spam folder if you don't see an email.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm CT, on the start date of your reservation

  • Check-out: By 12:00 pm CT on your departure date

Arrival Steps:

  • On entry, please check all light fixtures, water, and amenities. Report any issues immediately to the registration desk or call +1 (940) 456-0428.

Departure Steps:

  • Place used towels, bedsheets, and pillow covers in the provided laundry basket.

  • If you are the last person to check out of your room, ensure that all faucets, fans, air conditioning, and lights are turned off.

Property Rules

Welcome to a Sacred Space! 

  • The Sacred Grove campus offers a peaceful and serene space to experience spiritual renewal. 

  • We invite you to explore the beautiful campus during your stay and have an enriching experience.

  • To preserve the tranquil environment we have a set of rules that we all must observe while staying at Sacred Grove

General Policies

  • Park only in the designated main parking lot. The parking team will shuttle you to the Lodge dropoff area.

  • Please help keep the lodge a peaceful space by being considerate of fellow guests and our neighbors.

  • Kindly observe property boundaries and follow posted signs to ensure everyone’s privacy and safety.

  • Use only marked paths, especially at night when visibility is reduced. Watch for uneven terrain, poisonous plants, snakes, and wildlife.

Guest Policy:  The lodges are for registered guests only, no one else is allowed during your stay at any time.  No pets on property.

Campus Hours

  • Quiet Hours: 9:30 pm-5:30 am. Re-entry into campus is not permitted between  9:00 pm - 6:00 am.

  • Please avoid loud noise, music, or other disturbances at all times.

  • The east entrance of the Dining Hall will remain unlocked for your convenience at all times. Access to other common areas will be restricted after hours.

Lodge and Room Use

  • Please do not rearrange or remove furniture, or affix anything to the walls.

  • Toilet paper should be flushed in the toilet, not discarded in trash cans.

  • All meals and snacks can be enjoyed in our Dining Hall.  No food or drink is allowed in the rooms (except for drinking water or anything required for medical needs).

Don’ts

  • No open flames anywhere on the property for everyone’s safety

  • No cooking inside rooms. Appliances such as hot plates, instant pots, or electric kettles are strictly prohibited.

  • Do not dispose of sharp objects or needles in regular trash cans. Use the designated needle disposal box in the main restrooms.

Check-Out Requirements

  • Place used towels, bedsheets, and pillow covers in the laundry baskets provided.

  • Please make sure to turn off all lights, fans, AC, and water before checking out.

  • Report any damage to the room promptly, and certainly during checkout

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Up to 7 days before check-in: $25 cancellation fee.

  • Within 7 days of check-in: 50% refund.

  • No-shows: Failure to check in by 9:00pm CT on your arrival date, unless communicated with Blossom Foundation earlier at bflodging@blossomfoundation.com, results in full charges for the reserved stay.
