On-Campus Housing During Retreats
At Sacred Grove, we are pleased to offer on-campus accommodations to enhance your retreat experience. Each of our four lodges contains four serene, double-occupancy rooms, totaling 16 rooms across the campus and accommodating up to 32 guests at a time.

Overview
Our lodges foster a tranquil, contemplative environment ideal for retreat and reflection. To preserve this quietude, rooms are free of Wi-Fi, cable, and television. Please note that the lodges are not ADA accessible.
Lodge Room Features
Each self-contained room includes:
Two single beds (double occupancy)
Private bathroom with stand-up shower (hot and cold water)
Desk and chair
Individual mini split AC unit to maintain your preferred temperature
Ceiling fan for added comfort
Reading lights conveniently located by each bed
Luggage storage space and hangers
Mattress, mattress pad, comforter, pillows, pillow covers, and sheets
Fresh linen and towels at check-in (additional available upon request at the registration office)
Bath essentials: handsoap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper
Shoe trays
Cleaning supplies for room upkeep
Additional Details:
Each room is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment.
No daily housekeeping. Guests are responsible for cleaning and maintaining their rooms during the stay.
For accidental spills or emergencies, please contact the registration office immediately for assistance.
Please bring any additional personal toiletries required for comfort.
Please bring a reusable water bottle to fill water from the dispenser in the Dining Hall.
Rates & Reservations
Room Rate:
US $160 for double occupancy (per person, per room, per night)
US $280 for single occupancy (per room, per night, max occupancy 1)
Note: All proceeds go to Blossom Foundation.
Damage Hold: A refundable $150 hold will be placed on your card at check-in. It will be released within 5 business days after check-out, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Room Occupancy Policy:
Each room accommodates up to 2 guests. Reservations are limited to confirmed retreat attendees or volunteers for that specific retreat.
Reservation Options:
You may reserve a room as an individual or with one companion (friend or family member).
If you wish to share with a companion, please submit one joint application.
If you register alone, you will be paired with a same-gender roommate (double occupancy).
If you prefer not to share, select the single-occupancy option. This option does not allow a second occupant.
Groups of more than two must submit separate reservation forms.
Assignments:
Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific rooms cannot be selected.
All reservations are non-transferable.
Retreat Dates & Eligible Lodge Reservation Window
Lodge reservations are tied to retreat dates, with the option to check in one day before the retreat begins and check out one day after the retreat ends. Please note: The checkout day for the last retreat (Upanishad Retreat 2) is May 27, 2026.
Single-night stays or stays shorter than the full retreat are not available.
Specify preferred check-in/check-out dates within the designated window when applying.
How to Book Lodge Accommodations for a Single Retreat
Confirm your registration as an attendee or volunteer for the retreat.
During the registration window, complete the lodge application for that specific retreat, indicating your preferred check-in and check-out dates within the allowed window.
If applying with a preferred roommate, submit a single application including both names and details.
Confirmation and details will be sent from bflodging@blossomfoundation.com within 7 business days of your registration. Please add this address to your safe senders list and check your spam folder if you do not see an email.
Registration Process

Format: First come; first served until spots are filled.
Please register using your full name and date of birth as shown on your government ID.
Lodging reservations are non-transferable.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM CT, on the start date of your reservation
Check-out: By 12:00 PM CT on your departure date
Arrival Steps:
On entry, please check all light fixtures, water, and amenities. Report any issues immediately to the registration desk or call +1 (940) 456-0428.
Departure Steps:
Place used towels, bedsheets, and pillow covers in the provided laundry basket.
If you are the last person to check out of your room, ensure that all faucets, fans, air conditioning, and lights are turned off.
Cancellations & Refunds
Up to 7 days before check-in: $25 cancellation fee.
Within 7 days of check-in: 50% refund.
No-shows: Failure to check in by 9:00 PM CT on your arrival date, unless communicated with Blossom Foundation earlier at bflodging@blossomfoundation.com, results in full charges for the reserved stay.
Property Rules
Welcome to a Sacred Space!
The Sacred Grove campus offers a peaceful and serene space to experience spiritual renewal.
We invite you to explore the beautiful campus during your stay and have an enriching experience.
To preserve the tranquil environment we have a set of rules that we all must observe while staying at Sacred Grove.
General Policies
Park only in the designated main parking lot. The parking team will shuttle you to the Lodge dropoff area.
Please help keep the lodge a peaceful space by being considerate of fellow guests and our neighbors.
Kindly observe property boundaries and follow posted signs to ensure everyone’s privacy and safety.
Use only marked paths, especially at night when visibility is reduced. Watch for uneven terrain, poisonous plants, snakes, and wildlife.
Guest Policy: The lodges are for registered guests only, no one else is allowed during your stay at any time. No pets on property.
Campus Hours
Quiet Hours: 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM CT. Re-entry into campus is not permitted between 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
Please avoid loud noise, music, or other disturbances at all times.
The east entrance of the Dining Hall will remain unlocked for your convenience at all times. Access to other common areas will be restricted after hours.
Lodge and Room Use
Please do not rearrange or remove furniture, or affix anything to the walls.
Toilet paper should be flushed in the toilet, not discarded in trash cans.
All meals and snacks can be enjoyed in our Dining Hall. No food or drink is allowed in the rooms (except for drinking water or anything required for medical needs)
Don’ts
No open flames anywhere on the property for everyone’s safety
No cooking inside rooms. Appliances such as hot plates, instant pots, or electric kettles are strictly prohibited.
Do not dispose of sharp objects or needles in regular trash cans. Use the designated needle disposal box in the main restrooms.
Check-Out Requirements
Place used towels, bedsheets, and pillow covers in the laundry baskets provided.
Please make sure to turn off all lights, fans, AC, and water before checking out.
Report any damage to the room promptly, and certainly during checkout
