These changes have been made per Sri M’s guidance and wishes expressed at this year’s Guru Purnima on July 29,2026 in Madanapalle, India.
Please scroll down to the Retreat Schedule section for more details.
Registration Policies
How do I register?
Please register after logging in to your Blossom Foundation profile. Your Blossom Foundation profile must contain your full name and date of birth exactly as they appear on your government-issued ID. This information will be verified at check-in; incorrect information may result in inability to complete verification of your profile.
You may also register family members or friends who are linked to your account. Please review the section on Registering Family & Friends in the Registration Quick Start Guide for more details.
Do you reserve spots or maintain a waitlist?
No. We do not reserve spots in advance, nor do we maintain a waitlist. All registrations are confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached.
If a retreat is sold out, we will announce the date and time when any spots that become available due to cancellations will be open for registration.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also complete your purchase quickly using digital wallets like Apple Pay and Link.
Payments are processed by a 3rd Party Payment Processor (e.g. Stripe). All payment information is stored by the 3rd Party Payment Processor; not by Blossom Foundation. You will see a full cost breakdown by product and quantity before confirming payment, and a payment confirmation email will be sent to you.
What happens after I register?
A confirmation email will be sent immediately after retreat registration. Retreat-related communications will be sent to the email address associated with your Blossom Foundation profile. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Please contact programs@blossomfoundation.com for any retreat related questions and add this email address to your safe senders list.
How do I add Blossom Foundation emails to my safe senders list?
Please add programs@blossomfoundation.com to your safe senders list and address book. Lodging-related emails are sent from bflodging@blossomfoundation.com, and volunteering-related emails are sent from sacredgrovevolunteers@blossomfoundation.com. Please also add these addresses.
If you use Gmail, you may also create a filter so emails from these addresses are never sent to spam. If you use Outlook or Outlook.com, add these addresses under “Safe senders and domains” in your junk email settings. Please also check your spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders if you do not see an expected email.
Can registrations be changed or transferred?
Registrations are non-transferable between retreats. Registration names cannot be changed after confirmation. Registration fees cannot be credited, transferred, or applied to any other program, location, or person.
What is the minimum age policy?
Please review the Fall 2026 Retreats page for the minimum age policy for each program. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is registered as a participant or volunteer for the same retreat. The parent or guardian who registers their child for attending or volunteering must be physically present on-campus as an attendee or volunteer for the entire duration of the program that their child is in attendance or volunteering.
How does cancellation work?
Cancellations can be submitted through your Blossom Foundation profile. Log in, go to your registrations, and follow the prompts. You may cancel for yourself or for family members and friends linked to your account.
For solo registration, the primary registrant may cancel their own registration.
For group registrations, the primary registrant may:
Cancel for themselves and any linked friends or family, or
Cancel only for linked friends and family while keeping their own registration active.
However, the primary registrant cannot cancel their own registration while keeping any linked friends or family registered.
Please review the Fall 2026 Retreats page for cancellation cutoff dates and refund eligibility for each program. Refunds can take up to 7 business days and will be processed only to the same payment card used for the original payment. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
What happens to my lodge booking if I cancel a retreat?
If you cancel a retreat registration, the associated lodge booking will also be automatically canceled. A message will be displayed during the retreat cancellation process to inform you of this.

When will I receive the schedule?
