Directions and Logistics

  • Address: 302 Race Track Rd, Graham, TX 76450

  • Nearest airports: Dallas–Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL), each about 2.5 hours from Graham; please plan your flights and ground travel accordingly.

  • Participants are responsible for rental cars and all transportation. 

  • There is no public transportation between Dallas, Graham, and the campus (Sacred Grove is about a 20‑minute drive from downtown Graham).


Arrival, Check-In, & Departure

  • Please plan to arrive at Sacred Grove by 2:30 PM CT on Day 1 of your retreat.

  • Check‑in is required for entry to campus. 

  • Please arrive early enough to complete registration, which typically takes 15–20 minutes, but may take longer if many attendees arrive at the same time, so you do not miss any part of the retreat.

  • Retreats typically conclude around 8:00 PM CT on the final day. We recommend departing the following morning to allow enough time to return to the airport and ensure a stress‑free departure.

WhatsApp Group

  • After your registration is confirmed, you will be invited to a retreat specific WhatsApp group to help coordinate carpools, share hotel information, and connect with other participants.

  • If your retreat attendance plans change, please exit the WhatsApp group so that it remains current.

  • For Kriya Yoga retreat attendees: Your retreat WhatsApp group will also serve as your ongoing support group for practice after the retreat, so please do not leave the group.


Program Type & Content

Kriya Yoga Initiation Retreat

  • For those seeking Kriya Yoga initiation, please register only for Kriya Yoga retreats. Each attendee may register for only one of the two Kriya Yoga retreats. 

  • Programs begin on Day 1 in the afternoon and conclude on Day 3 after dinner.

  • The retreat includes immersive experience with foundational teachings, Q&A, and personal initiation into the technique and lineage by Sri M. Attendees learn Kriya Yoga principles, basic yogic anatomy, and step-by-step practices, culminating in guided initiation on (typically on Day 3 of the retreat).

  • Tripura Rahasya and Upanishad retreats do NOT include Kriya Yoga initiation or review.

Tripura Rahasya Retreat

  • A 6-day spiritual retreat exploring the Tripura Rahasya, a timeless Vedantic text meant for seekers of the highest truth. 

  • The retreat offers an immersive experience with live sessions with Sri M, personal time for reflection, daily yoga asana, and group meditation.

  • Kriya Yoga initiation or review is NOT included in this retreat.

Upanishad Retreat

  • Sri M selects and teaches from one or more Upanishads (or a similar scripture) for each retreat.

  • Attendees are encouraged to come with openness and receptivity.

  • Kriya Yoga initiation or review is NOT included in Upanishad retreats.

An Evening with Sri M

  • A sacred opportunity to offer pranams, express gratitude, and receive Sri M’s blessings. There will be no formal talk by Sri M during this event.

  • Kriya Yoga initiation or review is NOT included.

Registration Policies

  • Please register using full name and date of birth as on your government-issued ID. This will be verified at check-in; incorrect information may result in cancellation.

  • Email Confirmations: 

    • On submission of your application, you will receive an email from Jotform which confirms receipt of your application. Please note that this is NOT a confirmation to attend the retreat. 

    • Registration confirmation will be sent to the attendee email address you provide during registration. The confirmation will come from programs@blossomfoundation.com. Please add that to your safe senders list.

  • Registrations are non-transferable between retreats.

  • Registration names cannot be changed after confirmation.

  • Minimum Age Policy: 

    • For Kriya Yoga retreats, attendees must have completed 12 years of age as of the retreat start date to register.

    • For Tripura Rahasya and Upanishad retreats, attendees must have completed 15 years of age as of the retreat start date to register.

  • Children less than 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must be registered as a participant or as a volunteer for the same retreat.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • 100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before Day 1 of the corresponding retreat (by 11:59 PM CT).

    • No refunds are available after this deadline.

    • Refunds process within 7 business days  and will be processed only to the same payment card used for the original payment; email programs@blossomfoundation.com  to cancel.

    • Please note the cancellation cutoff dates below - cancellations received at or before 11:59 PM CT on these dates are eligible for a full refund.

Retreat Schedule

  • The event schedule will be shared with your registration confirmation email. Please note that the schedule is subject to change.

  • Any updates will be communicated via the attendee WhatsApp group (retreat-specific) or email from programs@blossomfoundation.com. Please add this email to your safe senders list.


Tentative Schedule (for Kriya Yoga and Upanishad Retreats):

  • Day 1: Check-in at 2:30 PM CT. Please arrive on time for a campus tour, to get oriented and enjoy refreshments before the first session with Sri M.  

  • Day 2 & Day 3:

    • Two 1-hour sessions with Sri M in the morning (after breakfast)

    • Two 1-hour sessions with Sri M in the afternoon

    • Short breaks between sessions; an extended break after lunch

    • Yoga classes or group meditation to begin your day

  • Day 3 evening: Pranams to Sri M; dinner at approximately 7 PM. Packed meals (please bring reusable containers) are provided to those who want to leave immediately after Pranams.

Meals

  • All meals are provided: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.

  • Simple vegetarian meals are served with vegan and gluten-free options available at each meal.

  • Fruit, tea, coffee, and water are offered throughout the day.

  • For additional dietary restrictions, please plan accordingly, as customization beyond the provided options is not possible.

  • The kitchen uses tree nuts, soy, milk, and wheat. Cross-contamination may occur.  

  • Outside food may not be cooked or prepared in our kitchen.


Campus Policies and Guidelines

Visitor Policy

  • Only registered attendees/volunteers are allowed on Sacred Grove grounds during retreats; No exceptions for friends, family, or children under 12. Please make appropriate arrangements as needed.

  • Minimum Age Policy: Attendees must have completed 12 years (for Kriya Retreats) and 15 years (for Tripura Rahasya and Upanishad Retreats) as of the retreat start date to register.

  • Registered retreat participants traveling to Graham, TX with unregistered family members: Please note that while unregistered family members cannot access campus, you may request to-go meals for them using your own reusable containers. To arrange this, please email programs@blossomfoundation.com prior to arrival.

ADA Accessibility

The main campus is ADA accessible, allowing everyone to comfortably enjoy these spaces:

  • ⁠Serene Pond area


Staying Healthy at the Retreat

Please note that you will be in close quarters with ~150 people traveling from various places; infectious diseases spread quickly. Please consult your doctor and check local health advisories before you start traveling. Also follow general precautions to promote a healthful environment:

  • Consider wearing a mask when in airports & other public places including Sacred Grove, carpooling, and use hand sanitizer as needed.

  • Namaste is a great (and safe) way to greet friends and family instead of hugs.

  • Wash your hands frequently (e.g. after we touch our face, use the restroom, or when we touch non sterile surfaces, etc), with soap and warm water, for 20 seconds.

  • If you have fever please stay away from the retreat until you are fever free for 24 hours (without medication). If you have symptoms such as cold/cough, please wear a mask.

  • Bring your medications and consult your medical provider for any other steps that are specific to your condition.

If there are any specific accessibility needs or requests that would help make your experience more comfortable, please let our volunteer team know. We will try our best to assist.


Individual Time with Sri M

Each participant will have the opportunity to offer pranams and receive blessings from Sri M during the closing session. Private one-on-one sessions with Sri M cannot be accommodated. 

Seating & Yoga Mats

  • Meditation cushions, floor chairs, and standard chairs provided; you may bring your own seat if preferred.

  • Yoga mats are available for classes—feel free to bring your own.


Volunteering

  • Our programs are run by full-time, dedicated volunteers. 

  • To be eligible to volunteer, you must be a:

    • US Citizen, or

    • Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or 

    • Employment Authorization Document (EAD) holder.

  • Should you wish to volunteer for a retreat, please apply to volunteer for a retreat that you are not attending. Details can be found here


Tax Deduction

Retreat payments are not tax-deductible as they cover attendance and service. If you are unable to attend and are ineligible for a refund, you may request a tax receipt for your payment by emailing programs@blossomfoundation.com
