Volunteer Registration – Spring 2026

Blossom Foundation’s programs are powered by volunteers. Volunteering at Sacred Grove is a unique opportunity to practice Seva (selfless service) as your Sadhana (spiritual practice), and to connect with Sri M’s community. Your support is welcome and much appreciated.

Important Dates & Volunteer Opportunities

Note:
*
Volunteering for the Tripura Rahasya retreat has been divided into two sessions. You are welcome to volunteer for any or both of these sessions.

Retreat Volunteering Arrival & Departure:

  • Arrival:  Please plan to arrive at Sacred Grove at 5:00 PM CT the day before the retreat starts. This allows you to meet with your team, understand your tasks, and get oriented with the campus, and help with setup.

  • Mandatory Orientation: A mandatory volunteer orientation at 9:00 AM CT on Day 1. Please arrive no later than 8:30 AM CT on Day 1.

  • Departure: Kindly plan to leave one hour after dinner (by 9:00 PM CT) on your final volunteer day.  Leaving early leaves the team short, so please stay until the end.

Accommodation

You have several choices for your stay during the retreat, including convenient on-campus lodging and a range of local options:

On-Campus at Sacred Grove

Lodge registration is completed through your Blossom Foundation user profile once your volunteer role is confirmed. To learn more about the lodges, visit the Lodge Registration page on our website.
