Volunteer Registration – Fall 2026
Blossom Foundation’s programs are powered by volunteers. Volunteering at Sacred Grove is a unique opportunity to practice Seva (selfless service) as your Sadhana (spiritual practice), and to connect with Sri M’s community. Your support is welcome and much appreciated.

Important Dates & Volunteer Opportunities
Retreat Volunteering Arrival & Departure
Volunteering during a retreat is a meaningful commitment and requires full participation throughout the assigned period. Volunteers should expect to serve approximately 8 to 10 hours per day during the retreat.
Recommended arrival: Please plan to arrive at 5:00 PM CT the day before the retreat starts. This allows you to meet with your team, understand your tasks, and get oriented with the campus, and help with setup.
Mandatory Orientation: 9:00 AM CT on Day 1. Please arrive no later than 8:30 AM CT.
Departure: Kindly plan to leave one hour after dinner (around 9:00 PM CT) on your final volunteer day. Leaving early leaves the team short; please stay until the end.
If you have significant outside work commitments during the retreat, it is better to volunteer for a future program when you can be fully available.
Accommodation
You have several choices for your stay during the retreat, including convenient on-campus lodging and a range of local options:
On-Campus at Sacred Grove
Comfortable on-campus lodging is available at Sacred Grove. Lodge registration is completed through your Blossom Foundation profile once your volunteer role is confirmed. For full lodging details, please refer to the Lodge FAQs and Lodge Registration page on our website.
