Yoga M is a sequence conceived to provide a daily yoga practice for spiritual aspirants. This course includes a combination of theory and practice components.

A dedicated yoga practice can bring about greater self-awareness, deepen gratitude, and improve health. It also makes one’s body and mind flexible and stable enough to receive higher possibilities of life.

This program is suited for those who wish to begin their journey on the path of yoga, those who want a daily yoga practice to help calm their mind, improve the capacity to meditate, and turn within. It is also suitable for those who have only experienced yoga as a physical exercise and wish to understand the deeper aspects of yoga beyond physical posture (asana).

The theory component introduces the participant to a background on yoga, the importance of the breath, and key foundations of yogic science and philosophy.

The practical component offers a series of postures (Asana), breathing practices (Pranayama), and relaxation techniques. By the end of the course, the participant will have learnt 25 simple yoga postures to integrate into personal practice.

What people are saying about yoga m

The Yoga M was to the point and very helpful. Rather than focusing on too many Asanas the course was concise and focused on building the foundation and leading to suryanamaskaram, pranayama and theory. I have been doing Yoga asanas for last 3 years and the training was simple and unique for a layman to understand unlike other schools.
— Prashanth Hari
The teacher was nothing less than great. Her approach and her clear competence in catching mistakes and gently correcting them, were phenomenal. I found the course very helpful, and am doing what she taught, every day. As someone who has not engaged in any physical activity for many, many years, the entire course was wonderful.
— Ashok Sanadi
It’s very helpful course for beginners, to start yoga in an interesting way. I am doing yoga for last two years and once I took the course I was able to unlearn things and can benefit the spiritual aspects of yoga.
— Uthara
Excellent introductory course with an holistic approach and understanding to the science of yoga. Developed under the guidance of a spiritual master and yogi (Sri M). One can really get valuable practical ways to start implementing in our lives. Anyone who wants to understand the true meaning of yoga and wants ways & means to improve body, mind and beyond should take this course.
— Vinay Dixit
The course is taught by an excellent trainer who is ready to answer any question that is posed to her and in the event she did not have the answer, she would go back and find the answer and address it promptly. I enjoyed the classes thoroughly and would love to attend the class again … she is just par excellence.
— Rani Ramakrishnan
It was a good balance of theory and practice. It was great to get real time feedback. The teacher made sure she physically reviewed the Asanas in case the group members had a technical question. It was super helpful to do that. All the concepts of where to breathe in and breathe out were really helpful.
