Lodge FAQs

Can I bring children?

Only registered attendees and volunteers are allowed on campus.  Anyone who is not a registered attendee or volunteer will not be allowed access to the campus. Lodge residents between the ages of 12 and 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian, who must also be a registered volunteer or attendee for the same event. Both must be lodged together.

What if my travel is delayed beyond check-in?

Please email us at bflodging@blossomfoundation.com and let us know about your new ETA.

How do I request a reservation change or cancellation with the foundation?

To request a change or cancellation of your reservation, email bflodging@blossomfoundation.com with your name, reservation details, and the specific change or cancellation you wish to make. Please note the Cancellations and Refunds Policy on the Lodge Registration page.

If I register for a room in the lodge as a pair, can one person in the pair cancel their booking while the other keeps their reservation?

Yes, it is possible for one person in a pair to cancel their booking while the other retains their reservation. Please email our team at bflodging@blossomfoundation.com with the cancellation request and specify which individual would like to cancel.

Please Note: All the rules pertaining to cancellation will apply.

Is there wifi anywhere on campus?

There is no available wifi on campus. Cell phone range also tends to be spotty, especially around the lodge area.  The lower parking lot gets a better range than most places on campus.

What happens if I need to leave early?

Please email us at bflodging@blossomfoundation.com and let the overall volunteer lead know and they can advise you of next steps.

What shall I do if I need medical assistance?

If it is a medical emergency, please dial 911 first. There is no medical help on campus. Also call +1 (940) 456-0428 so that the organizing team is aware you have requested for emergency personnel to come or to help you get to your vehicle. You may need to go to the closest emergency room in Graham, TX (about a 20 minute drive) as we do not have medical facilities on campus.

I plan to check in one day before the retreat begins and check out one day after the retreat ends. Will I get meals for the entire duration of my stay?

During your stay all the meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) that fall within the check-in and checkout times will be provided at Sacred Grove. Please note that breakfast and lunch may not be provided on check-in day and lunch and dinner may not be provided during checkout day as this is outside the standard check-in and checkout hours. If the campus is open and meals are being prepared for volunteers and attendees, you’re welcome to have the meals. Please let a volunteer lead know so we have an accurate count.

Can I go to Graham after the retreat day ends to meet with other attendees/volunteers?

We do not allow re-entry to campus once the Sacred Grove campus closes for the day at 9:00 PM.  This helps us maintain the decorum of a spiritual retreat on campus for all guests.  It is also intended to help you with quiet introspection at the end of a retreat day spent on campus.

Can I access Babaji’s Grotto if I stay in the lodge?

The Grotto is only accessible during the hours announced during the retreat, regardless of your lodging arrangement.

Does staying in the lodge allow me to have a one on one session with Sri M?

Lodging does not include a personal session with Sri M. Each participant will have the opportunity to offer pranams and receive blessings from Sri M during the closing session of the retreat. Private one-on-one sessions with Sri M cannot be accommodated.

More information is available on the Lodge Registration page.
