SACRED GROVE RETREATS 2019
REGISTRATION
Registrations open on April 02, 2019 on a first come first serve basis.
If you are not a US resident, please indicate country of residence in the Registration form.
Registration response will be sent 3 weeks from the date of registration. If confirmed, you will receive details on next steps.
Each participant must submit a registration form, multiple participants cannot register using the same form.
ACCOMMODATION
Hotels rooms have been reserved for all attendees in the town of Graham at discounted rates. You will receive details on making hotel reservations after your registration has been confirmed and the retreat fee payment has been completed.
Please note that weekday hotel rates are cheaper than weekend rates.
There are no accommodations for attendees on the premises of Sacred Grove at this time.
COST and REFUND POLICY
The cost per person for each retreat is: 275.00 USD
You will receive instructions on making the retreat fee payment if your registration is confirmed. (3 weeks after receipt of Registration).
Cancellations before June 1st will receive 100% of the retreat fee as refund.
Cancellations after June 1st and before July 1st will receive 50% of the retreat fee as refund.
Cancellations after July 1st will receive no refunds.
Hotel bookings and cancellations will follow Hotel policy and attendees will need to contact the hotel directly.
Cost of the retreat does not include Hotel fees and will have to be paid to the hotel directly.
FOOD/MEALS
All meals starting with dinner on Day 1 (day of registration) up to and including lunch on Day 3 (last day of retreat) will be at the Sacred Grove Dining.
All meals will be Indian vegetarian.
Please specify if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions in the registration form under the section “Questions”.
LOCATION & NEAREST AIRPORT
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas/Love Field (DAL) are the nearest airports. They are both about 2 hours away by road from Graham.
TRANSPORTATION to/FROM GRAHAM AND SACRED GROVE
Attendees are expected to make their own travel arrangements to Graham.
We will try and connect attendees that are able to offer carpool with those that are looking for a ride .
KRIYA INITIATION AT RETREAT?
All retreats will include Kriya initiation.
What is the program schedule for the retreat?
Retreat program starts with registration (we will set up a registration desk at the hotel lobby) on Day 1 from 3PM. First day's program will include orientation and an introduction to the topic of the retreat by Sir. Dinner will be served at the Sacred Grove Dining after the orientation and introduction.
Day 2 will have 2 sessions in the morning and 2 sessions in the afternoon led by Sir. We will also be having an evening tree planting session where attendees will participate in planting trees at the Sacred Grove.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be at the Sacred Grove dining area for the attendees.
Day 3 will have the concluding session led by Sir in the morning. The retreat will end with a short session where attendees will have an opportunity to take Sir's blessings. Breakfast and lunch will be served at the Sacred Grove dining area.
We will share the detailed program schedule by mid-June.
IF I/WE HAVE SMALL CHILDREN, CAN I/WE BRING THEM ALONG FOR THE RETREAT
Minimum age for a registrant is 10 years. Please note that children under 10 years will not be allowed on the property during the retreats.
Children above 10 have to be registered as a retreat participant.
What type of seating will be available during the retreats?
Meditation cushions, floor chairs (a.k.a back-jacks) and standard chairs will be available for use. If you prefer to bring your own seat, you are welcome to do so.
