Volunteering Terms and Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions:

1. The minimum age for a volunteer is 15 years.

2. For any confirmed volunteer under the age of 18, parents or guardians should complete a volunteer liability form on their behalf upon arrival at Sacred Grove, Graham, Texas.

3. CHILD ATTENDANCE POLICY. Children under the age of 15 will not be allowed on campus. We request you to make appropriate arrangements for child care during your participation as a volunteer.

4. The volunteer’s name in the form must match the name on the photo ID.

5. Blossom Foundation retains the right to refuse service to anyone.

6. Blossom Foundation is not liable for any cancellations, delays or damages in conducting the retreat or program resulting from unforeseen causes or events, unforeseeable, independent or superseding events beyond the Foundation’s control, including but not limited to Acts of God, epidemics, hurricanes, tornadoes, natural catastrophes etc.

7. Blossom Foundation reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel any aspect of the retreat or program. Volunteers acknowledge and agree that Blossom Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or costs arising from any change.

8. The volunteer tasks and schedule of the retreat or program is subject to change at the discretion of Blossom Foundation. The Foundation will make best efforts to communicate any changes.
