Retreat Terms and Conditions

MINIMUM AGE POLICY: Attendees must have completed 12 years as of the retreat start date to register.
Only registered attendees will be allowed on-campus during retreats.
CHILD ATTENDANCE POLICY: Please note that children under 12 years will not be allowed on the property during the retreat and we request you to make appropriate arrangements for child care during your participation.
Registrations are non-transferable for this retreat. The attendee’s name in the registration must match the name on the government issued photo identification.
Blossom Foundation retains the right to refuse service to anyone.
Retreat fee includes program attendance, all meals during the retreat and access to Sacred Grove for the duration of the retreat.
Retreat fee does NOT include travel, hotel or Blossom Foundation Lodging. Accommodation bookings and cancellations will follow the respective policies.

NO SHOW POLICY: If an attendee does not show on day 1 of the retreat, this is deemed as a forfeiture of the entire registration fee and Blossom Foundation retains the entire fee.
Blossom Foundation is not liable for any cancellations, delays or damages in conducting the retreat resulting from unforeseen causes or events, unforeseeable, independent or superseding events beyond the Foundation’s control, including but not limited to Acts of God, epidemics, hurricanes, tornadoes, natural catastrophes etc.
The schedule of the retreat is subject to change at the discretion of Blossom Foundation.
Blossom Foundation reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel any aspect of the retreat. Participants acknowledge and agree that Blossom Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or costs arising from any change.
Blossom Foundation will make best efforts to communicate any changes to the retreat.
