About: The class will start and end with a traditional chant, and include Sukshma Vyayama(Warm-Ups), Surya Namaskar, Asanas, Pranayama (breathing) and Dharana (One-pointedness).

Level: All levels
About: This class will focus on nurturing your body, mind, and spirit, setting a foundation for a more balanced and fulfilling day ahead. The class is for all levels, including beginners.
