On-Campus Housing During Retreats
At Sacred Grove, limited on-campus lodging is offered during designated retreat seasons to support guests who wish to stay on the property during their retreat. Each of the four lodges includes four serene double-occupancy rooms, for a total of 16 rooms across campus and accommodations for up to 32 guests at a time.
The lodges offer a simple and comfortable stay within the peaceful atmosphere of Sacred Grove. We look forward to welcoming guests for a restful and memorable retreat experience.
Overview
The lodges are designed to support a calm and contemplative environment. To help preserve that atmosphere, rooms do not include Wi-Fi, cable, or television, which is consistent with Blossom Foundation’s published Sacred Grove and lodge guidance.
Please note that the lodges are not ADA accessible.

Lodge Room Features
Each room includes:
Two single beds for double occupancy
A private bathroom with stand-up shower, with hot and cold water
A desk and chair
An individual mini-split AC unit
A ceiling fan
Reading lights by each bed
Luggage storage space and hangers
Mattress, mattress pad, comforter, pillows, pillow covers, and sheets
Fresh linens and towels at check-in, with additional linens available upon request at the registration office
Bath essentials, including hand soap, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper
Shoe trays
Cleaning supplies for room upkeep
Private ensuite bathroom for added comfort
During Your Stay:
Each room is cleaned and prepared before arrival.
Daily housekeeping is not provided.
Guests are responsible for maintaining their rooms during their stay.
For accidental spills or urgent cleaning needs, please contact the registration office promptly.
Please bring any additional personal toiletries needed for comfort.
Please bring a reusable water bottle to refill at the water dispenser in the Dining Hall.
Reservations
On-campus lodging is currently available only during designated retreat seasons and is not offered at other times of the year.
In the future, Blossom Foundation plans to open the lodges year round. Those who are interested may enquire at bflodging@blossomfoundation.com.
Lodge accommodations may be reserved only by guests who are already registered to attend or volunteer for a retreat at Sacred Grove. Registration for lodge stays will open through your Blossom Foundation profile when lodging becomes available for a retreat season.

Welcome to a Sacred Space
The Sacred Grove campus is a place for quiet reflection, spiritual renewal, and respectful shared living during retreats.
Guests are invited to enjoy the beauty of the campus and help preserve its peaceful atmosphere by observing the following guidelines.

Park only in the designated main parking lot; the parking team will shuttle guests to the lodge drop-off area.
Please help keep the lodges peaceful by being considerate of fellow guests and nearby neighbors.
Observe property boundaries and follow posted signs for privacy and safety.
Use marked paths, especially after dark, and be mindful of uneven terrain, poisonous plants, snakes, and wildlife.
Paths are lit for convenience; guests who prefer brighter lighting or need additional visibility are encouraged to use flashlights when walking after dark.
Lodges are for registered guests only; unregistered visitors are not permitted during the stay, which is consistent with Blossom Foundation’s published campus access guidance for Sacred Grove.
Pets are not allowed on the property, except service animals under broader campus policy.

Quiet Hours: 9:30 PM - 5:30 AM CT
Re-entry to campus is not permitted between 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Please avoid loud noise, music, or other disturbances at all times.
The east entrance of the Dining Hall will remain unlocked for guest convenience; access to other common areas may be restricted after hours.

Please do not rearrange or remove furniture, or affix anything to the walls.
Toilet paper should be flushed in the toilet and not placed in trash cans.
Meals and snacks should be enjoyed in the Dining Hall.
No food or beverages are permitted in the rooms except drinking water or items required for medical needs.

No open flames anywhere on the property
No cooking inside rooms
Hot plates, Instant Pots, electric kettles, and similar appliances are not permitted
Sharp objects or needles should not be placed in regular trash cans; please use the designated needle disposal box in the main restrooms
Blossom Foundation’s published Sacred Grove guidance also prohibits smoking, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, alcohol, and firearms on campus.

Place used towels, bedsheets, and pillow covers in the laundry baskets provided.
Before leaving, please turn off lights, fans, AC units, and water.
Report any room damage promptly, and no later than check-out; published Blossom lodging terms also direct guests to report accidental damage as soon as it is noticed.

Support will be available through the Lodging WhatsApp group, which will become active two days before the retreat.
For after-hours assistance between 9:00 PM CT and 7:00 AM CT, guests may call +1 (940) 456-0428, which is also listed in Blossom Foundation lodging materials for urgent campus support.

When lodging opens for the season, details will be shared through Blossom Foundation announcements on the website and by email to subscribers.
