A Course for Women

SakhyaM is specifically designed to address the unique needs and challenges that women may encounter in their physical, mental, and emotional well-being

 

Yoga tailored for women recognizes the distinct phases and experiences that are part of a woman's life, such as menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and more. By focusing on these aspects, we provide practices that promote balance, strength, and self-care throughout various life stages.

In Sanskrit, SakhyaM means friendship, which is the objective of this course, to develop in women a deep understanding and friendship with their body, mind and breath. All asanas, pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation and meditation techniques taught during the course are effective tools to address the pressures of day to day life. The course is relevant for women across various stages - from adolescence to menopause and beyond.

Using the ancient science of Yoga, SakhyaM has been designed to help women achieve a healthier and happier life.

INFORMATION

Course Duration: Total course duration is 30 hours. It contains 18 hours of live class and 12 hours of self-practice.

Mode: Online via Zoom. A link will be sent to all registered participants prior to the start of the course. All participants are required to have a stable internet connection and webcam to enable full participation.

Course Fee: $375 USD.

Class Size: 20 participants.
