KausalaM is a comprehensive online course that delves into the science of Yoga. This course is designed to build upon the foundational knowledge and skills you acquired in Yoga M and to further deepen your practice both physically and mentally.

Yoga offers a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional benefits. Regular practice of yoga can positively impact various aspects of your well-being. Whether you are looking to advance your yoga practice, challenge yourself, or simply explore new dimensions of yoga, this intermediate course is an excellent opportunity to expand your horizons.

Beyond the physical practice, the intermediate course will introduce you to more profound pranayama techniques (breathwork) and meditation practices. These tools will help you manage stress, cultivate mental clarity, and connect with a deeper sense of inner peace.

Over the course of 10 days, participants will be introduced to some Pawanmuktasana series for warm up, easy to intermediate level asanas to help improve flexibility and strength. Pranayama, deep relaxation through yoga nidra and meditation techniques to increase concentration and calmness would also be taught.

The theory part is designed to give an overview of the 4 streams of Yoga which are Bhakti, Jnana, Karma and Hatha Yoga. Description of diet, and lifestyle are covered in some detail.

 

INFORMATION

Course Duration: Total course duration is 30 hours. It contains 18 hours of live class and 12 hours of self-practice.

Mode: Online via Zoom. A link will be sent to all registered participants prior to the start of the course. All participants are required to have a stable internet connection and webcam to enable full participation.

Course Fee: $450 USD.

Class Size: 20 participants.
